A: Yes, we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards which include but are not exclusive to Visa and MasterCard.
1: Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
2: Order cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
3:Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: You will get a partial refund consisting of 60% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
4: Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of payment.
A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. We have great wholesale rates and your trips to our tailor workshops.

USA and Canada (5-8 working days)
Europe (6-10 working days)
Australia and New Zealand (8-12 working days)
To other countries, the shipping time is about 7-14 working days.
Please feel free to contact us within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your items. Therefore, it is recommended to inspect and try on all the items as soon as you receive them. Learn more about Our Return Policy.
1. You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
2. If the order was placed without signing in, you could just use "look up a single order" function to track your order. Please refer to the following steps:
1). Go to Sign In My Account at the right top of our website.
2). Click "order status"
3). Enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.

If your measurements align with our size chart, I suggest you choose standard size.
If your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, I recommend you choose custom size to ensure the dress fits you.
