Please feel free to contact us within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your items. Therefore, it is recommended to inspect and try on all the items as soon as you receive them.


When may I request a return?

If the return issue is our fault, we accept returns for a full refund. Please refer to the following for more information.

1: We accept returns if the items you received are damaged or incorrect.
2: We accept returns if the color of the items you received is wrong (colors may vary from one monitor to another, so it is normal to have slight color differences).
3: We accept returns if the size of the items you received is incorrect (it is normal to have 1-3 cm of inaccuracy because all the clothes are handmade).

Please note that for all returns, the customers are responsible for the shipping costs.


Conditions of return:
The items must not be frayed, laundered, modified, or damaged and must bear the original tags. No returns of any defective items will be processed.


Note: No returns for these issues
1: Please understand we will not accept return or refund requests if it is just that you do not like the style, yet there is nothing wrong with it.
2: The customized sizes, styles, or colors cannot be returned because they are tailored to you. However, we will discuss with you possible ways that may be helpful.
3: Returns without our prior knowledge.
4: The damaged items due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.


How may I request a return or refund?
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items and include your reason and photos for us to verify. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
2. Once your request is approved, the items should be delivered to us within 5 days. You may ship with your local postal service (shipping costs will be at your expense).
3. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will inspect the contents to ensure they are in their original condition and bear the issues described in your return request. (Note: For returned items, please make sure they are clean and in their original condition, without fraying, laundering, damage, or modification).
4. Once confirmed, we will refund you within 7-10 days via your original payment method (processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank). The original items and shipping costs will not be returned.


CANCELLATION POLICY
1: Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
2: Order cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
3:Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: You will get a partial refund consisting of 60% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
4: Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of payment.

Please Note:
Although I attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.
